Customer care and satisfaction is of paramount importance to me as an artist.

Please do leave me great feedback and give me a shout out on Social media.

We all make occasional mistakes - if you have some feedback please do give me the chance to rectify and make things right.

Privacy & Safety

Any data pertaining to purchases will be required to be retained for tax purposes.

We will not share any of your private data with any third parties.

Commission Deposits

As a commissionable artist I will take a deposit at point of commission to cover the materials required to build your diorama. This deposit is non refundable.

You will be able to alter the design of your commission prior to deposit being taken and will agree a final payment for the item at this time.

Any additional costs will be updated during the process and will be added with agreement - for example if there is a change of design or additions required not budgeted for.

Should you chose not to pay the final instalment for your commissioned item your deposit will not be refunded and the commissioned item will be sold privately.

Please make sure you are happy with designs and prepared to pay the final instalment otherwise your deposit will be lost.
