Shipping Policy

Shipping will be through the safest and quickest means for your item and the country I am shipping too. I will always try to use recycled materials for shipping to keep costs as low as possible and to ensure we are looking after our planet.

If you would like to request a specific provider please note that there may be an additional charge to you if this is outside my normal pricing.

I endeavour to package and ship all items within 3 working days of the sale, where there are any short delays I will keep you updated throughout the transaction so that you can have full confidence that your order is of paramount importance to me.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you feel that you need to return a purchase please contact me at the earliest convenience so we can discuss your concerns.

I am keen to make any errors correct and to work with you to achieve maximum satisfaction.

If you wish to return an item for a refund please note that unless there is agreement the postage will be at your cost and packaging will be expected to ensure the item arrives safely. Please also note I prefer Royal Mail as other couriers struggle with my address.

As soon as your item has been received I will review its condition and be in contact to discuss the next steps.

Returns must be within 30 days of the purchase. Purchases outside this time will not be refunded.
